MINI Instructions
The pictures on the main page show the old style LK300 kit - those below are the newer LK500 kit which contains 5 bearings, and is smoothr, more durable, and has less open wobble.
The kit also includes new hinges which make installation easier than before. The initial stages as as with the LK300 kit - remove the door, cut off the hinge, drill and tap the post, and then paint everything. We do advise trail fitting first, as below.





Wiring does not need extending on the MINI with our kit, which saves quite a bit of time, and hundreds of junctions!! Cut the loom cover, remove some clips inside the door, and re-route the wiring, and as you can see there is plenty of extra created. Insulate this with spiral wrap and tape and you are done. standard BMW MINI plug is reused alsthough tuned through 180 degrees to clear mechanism.




LK500 kit above uses main taper bearing and 4 upright bearings. All made from billet steel. Wing needs cutting to clear. The highest lifting bolt-on conversion for the MINI. Others lift to 45 degrees, we do 75 degrees, for a full lambo conversion.
New Hinge can be seen below as used on Generation 1 MINIs. These kits fit all variants - ONE, Cooper and Cooper S. This yelow car is a Diesel.






If you want one of these conversions then they are £2100 fully painted and installed, or the kit is £850 supply only. This includes new washer bottle, and new hinges.
